Dynamic Dies is looking for a Packaging Customer Service Coordinator to become the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of their projects. This position combines customer service, project coordination, and order management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where every order is unique.

About Dynamic Dies

Since 1971, Dynamic Dies has grown from a small family-owned business into one of the country's leading manufacturers of tooling for the corrugated packaging industry. Today, our operations span multiple states while continuing to provide the personal service and family-oriented culture that have defined our company for more than five decades. Our employees are the reason for our success. We believe in treating people with respect, investing in their development, and creating an environment where long-term careers can thrive. When people join Dynamic Dies, they often stay because they enjoy meaningful work, supportive teammates, and the opportunity to continue learning and growing.

The people who thrive in this position are naturally organized, enjoy solving problems, and like bringing order to moving pieces. They communicate well with customers, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in making sure every detail is correct before production begins. Many of our successful team members have come from backgrounds such as packaging or corrugated manufacturing, printing, manufacturing customer service, visual communications or graphic design or order management for custom products.

Don't worry if your previous job title doesn't match ours exactly. If you've worked in an environment where customer orders are customized, details matter, and you're responsible for coordinating projects from beginning to end, we'd love to hear from you.
