    This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.PurposeThis position is responsible for delivering high quality technical services and support to our internal customers, ensuring that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way. This role shares technical knowledge and hands‑on experiences in the mechanics, electronics and automation field by training and performing services on manufacturing equipment in site locations across the United States.Essential ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, preventative maintenance and equipment reliability testing for packaging equipment in our manufacturing locations in the U.S.Preventive and corrective maintenance for packaging equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic)Perform troubleshooting and fault‑finding services on site, virtually and via phoneConduct operator & mechanics training in plant on processing operationsPLC and HMI programmingAnalyzes existing formats to identify areas for improvementOptimize and improve packaging systems to reduce waste e.g., downtime, shrink loss, and inefficienciesEstablish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with internal customers including support and follow‑upCoordinate process improvement projectsCreates and maintain process documentationCollaborate with cross functional teams to improve centerlines and changeover repeatability initiativesOther Required ResponsibilitiesUp to 50% Travel required to our facility in Platteville,COOther duties as assignedKnowledge And ExperienceBachelor's degree or above in technical engineering1-2 years with minimum experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance in industrial environmentAutomation knowledgeProgramming skills on Siemens Tia Portal, and we will value Step7, RsLogix500, RsLogix5000 and Wonderware Intouch HMI knowledgeStrong knowledge of MS OfficeGenuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on qualityCustomer oriented and result orientedOrganized person, team player and able to work with standard processesDairy milk product and equipment technology knowledge will be considered as a plusPhysical RequirementsMust possess the physical ability to work the entire shift on the plant floor working in a cool, wet environment with temperatures ranging between 34-38 degrees will be a requirement. Standing, walking, climbing, repetitive bending, repetitive stooping, repetitive reaching with arms and repetitive grasping with hands and fingers. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to work safely in a fast‑paced environment working around production machines, warehouse equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and tankers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
