Job Description
Our client, a Medical Devices / Healthcare company, is looking for a Packaging Engineer I for their Warsaw, IN location.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, development, and processing of implant and instrument packaging under the direction of a project leader or manager.
- Designing for manufacturability, inspectibility, and optimum cost
- Generating prototype models to evaluate new design concepts
- Coordinating product evaluation with surgeons
- Generating comprehensive protocols for testing/analyzing the product
- Generating design assurance documentation for the project
Requirements:
- B.S. in Packaging Science or Engineering required
- 0-1 years of experience required
