Must-Have Skills:
- Medical Device Packaging Design – sterile packaging / steam sterilization cases.
- Project Management – timeline management, DHF ownership, documentation/reporting.
- CREO – hands-on, fully proficient/comfortable creating and working with drawings.
- EU MDR / GMP knowledge and regulated medical-device experience.
- Strong packaging testing, validation, risk management, and design documentation experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
Experience:
- 3+ years relevant experience preferred; 2–7 years is ideal.
- Medical-device packaging experience strongly preferred.
