Our Client, a Medical Devices and Healthcare company, is looking for a Packaging Engineer II for their Warsaw, IN location.
Responsibilities:
Designing for manufacturability, inspectibility, and optimum cost
Generating prototype models to evaluate new design concepts
Coordinating product evaluation with surgeons
Generating comprehensive protocols for testing/analyzing the product
Generating design assurance documentation for the project

Requirements:
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)
Familiarity with drafting standards and geometric differences and tolerances
Active participation in development meetings with surgeons and key client personnel
Ability to effectively work within a team to expedite completion of critical project tasks with other functional groups
Helping to identify customer requirements for a new product
Establishing a process method which meets performance and quality requirements
