Provide engineering support for packaging equipment and materials. Serve as a subject matter expert for Material Management and Process Engineering roles on major capital projects. Offer continuous technical support to packaging engineering teams across global sites, fostering knowledge exchange and best practices. Support efforts in the design and installation of new equipment, develop scopes of work for capital projects, and offer technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of packaging solutions.Provide engineering support for packaging equipment and materials.Serve as a subject matter expert for Material Management and Process Engineering roles on major capital projects.Offer continuous technical support to packaging engineering teams across global sites.Support design and installation of new equipment, develop scopes of work for capital projects, and provide technical expertise.QualificationsMaster's degree in Packaging, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.Minimum three years of engineering or technical experience supporting packaging operations or enabling packaging engineering workflows.Experience with packaging software including Artios CAD, Solidworks, and TOPS/CapePack.Experience with packaging development, packaging specifications, product/package stability, and packaging components.Experience with vendor management, including selection and qualification.Experience managing multiple packaging projects from concept to implementation.Part‑time telecommuting benefit available.Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.Benefits & CompensationActual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $113,360.00 – $130,364.00 per year.Full‑time equivalent employees are also eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
