Job Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting the Packaging Engineering Manager with the following duties:

  • Review Packaging Issues and assist in identifying solutions.
  • Perform Time Studies/Packaging Process Observations & Reviews.
  • Review or modify CAD Drawings.
  • Develop, Implement, and Update Documentation.
  • Work Closely with Production Employees to gather data.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with various levels of employees and vendors.
  • Must have own means of reliable Transportation and Communication.
  • Must be able to work onsite in any Mfg. facility in and around New Bremen, OH.
