Position Summary
We are looking for a Packaging Equipment Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Viking ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines and will play a vital role in producing high-quality nutraceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Viking ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines for efficient production.
Set up machines for various production runs, adjusting settings for different fillers.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during production.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to enhance production workflows.
Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
Experience operating Viking ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines or high-speed packaging machines is preferred.
Familiarity with powder and liquid filling processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
