Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify electronic artwork to meet client and production specifications
Analyze engineering drawings to determine materials, structure, and design requirements
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on concepts, dimensions, and visual style
Ensure compliance with quality standards, print specifications, and safety procedures
Required Skills & Experience
Associate"s degree in Mechanical/Structural Design OR 3+ years of relevant experience or trade school training
Strong knowledge of digital design, layout, illustration, and packaging structure
Experience with prepress and print specs for lithography and flexography
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Esko, Artios CAD, and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Skills & Experience
Post-secondary degree in printing, graphic arts, or related field
3+ years of experience in the folding carton industry
Salary Range 80-100k
