Packaging Technician
2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 1:00am, Monday – Thursday
What You’ll Do
As a Packaging Technician, you’ll run packaging machines and help produce high‑quality products. You’ll keep the area sanitary, follow safety rules, and complete accurate documentation. As you build your skills, you’ll advance through our technician levels. Possible pay raises every 4–6 months through our Proficiency Program.
Daily Responsibilities
- Independently operate packaging equipment and perform line quality checks
- Spot defects or machine issues and fix minor problems
- Follow SOP and cGMP rules
- Keep your workspace clean before, during, and after each job
- Complete detailed accurate paperwork
- Use tools like pallet jacks, hand tools, and power tools
- Report safety or quality concerns right away
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Able to read and understand SOPs and cGMPs in English
- Basic math skills
- Reliable work ethic and team‑first mindset
Physical Requirements
- Stand for a 10‑hour shift
- Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Wear required PPE
