Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.

• Assist with assembling, moving, or installing equipment and products.

• Operate basic hand tools, machinery, or equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and general housekeeping.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Support team members and supervisors with assigned tasks.

• Report any equipment issues, safety hazards, or incidents to management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs or more.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to learn.

• Previous general labor experience is a plus but not required.
