Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Packaging Information Coordinator to bridge the gap between product development, manufacturing, and external suppliers. This role focuses on data gathering, maintaining spreadsheet integrity, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across teams.
As the primary custodian of the product data ecosystem, you will ensure that every SKU, product number, and packaging link is accurate and accessible. This position requires a combination of data management and proactive communication to support Product Managers, Plant Operations, and third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain master spreadsheets in Google Sheets containing SKUs, product numbers, and packaging documentation links
Audit and organize technical documentation from plant operations and third-party suppliers
Act as a central point of contact for Product Managers, Plant Operations Managers, and vendors
Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources into structured formats
Schedule and participate in Google Meet sessions and phone calls to resolve discrepancies
Perform data entry and manipulation while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Support production timelines by maintaining clean and accessible datasets
Required Experience:
Intermediate experience with Google Sheets including data entry, formulas, filtering, and formatting
Strong communication skills across email, phone, and video conferencing
Experience with data gathering, sorting, and documentation review
Ability to manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience working with product, packaging, or manufacturing data
Familiarity with SKU management and product documentation
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience using G Suite tools
