This role is about more than running a packaging line - it’s about taking ownership of the final product and supporting the team that brings it to life.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, stays steady under pressure, and looks for ways to make the whole operation better - not just their piece of it.
You don’t need to know every piece of equipment on day one. We can teach the systems. What matters most is how you think - attention to detail, consistency, and a mindset geared toward improvement. If you enjoy dialing in systems, catching small details others miss, and making things run better over time - you’ll do well here.
