Schedule:Monday–Friday, additional overtime as needed
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
Join a fast-paced team at a leading local charcoal manufacturer. This is a full-time, hands-on production role in a dusty but rewarding manufacturing environment. Ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically strong, and looking for steady work.
Responsibilities- Stack bags of charcoal weighing 8-60 lbs. (average 50 lbs.)
- Operate folding and baling equipment to compress and package product
- Perform hand baling, including sealing and moving bags
- Complete general clean-up to maintain a safe, organized work area
- Rotate between positions throughout the shift to reduce strain and support production flow
Requirements:- Ability to lift 60 lbs. regularly and work at a steady physical pace
- Must be able to work in dusty environments
- Not suitable for individuals with severe asthma, respiratory conditions, or dust sensitivity
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
- Steel toe shoes required
