Job Type: Temp to Hire

Packaging Line Lead Duties:

• Facilitate workflow and assign team members based on production needs
• Prepare materials, labels, and supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor production schedules and ensure daily goals are met
• Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment, including Go-Packer 3000
• Support team members and communicate issues to leadership

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Monday- Thursday 6:00am- 4:30pm

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Packaging Line Lead Requirements:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions efficiently
• High school diploma or GED
