Location: Markesan, WI
Why this role
Operate food-grade packaging and bulk load-out systems
Perform mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance
Support warehouse flow: forklift operation, loading/unloading shipments
Protect quality: checks, sample prep, sanitation between runs
Own the paperwork and production data entry with accuracy
Be the on-shift go-to, collaborating with maintenance and operations
Build your skills through continuous training and development
Schedule & pay
Pay: $22–$25 per hour (plus premium for 2nd and weekend shifts)
Shifts:
Mon–Thu, 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.
Fri–Sun, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What you need to succeed
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience; technical/mechanical training preferred
Experience in manufacturing; food-safe or regulated environment a plus
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance
Forklift experience or ability to certify quickly
Independent, reliable operator with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs, climb ladders, and work in hot, cold, or dusty areas
Safety mindset, team orientation, and continuous improvement focus
