Seeking a 1st Shift Packaging Machine Operator (Baler Operator) to work in a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include operating a baler safely and efficiently to package products, handling mobile equipment like forklifts and skid steers for loading and unloading materials, and performing outside duties such as sweeping.
The role involves maintaining quality assurance measures and may require completing shipping paperwork.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and physical ability to bend and squat. Prior experience with mobile equipment is preferred.
