Seeking a 1st Shift Packaging Machine Operator (Baler Operator) to work in a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include safely operating a baler and mobile equipment (such as forklifts and skid steers) for loading, hauling, and unloading materials, as well as performing outside duties like sweeping.
Ensures quality assurance measures are followed and communicated.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and physical capability to bend or squat. Previous mobile equipment experience is preferred.
