Seeking a Third Shift Packaging Machine Operator (Baler Operator) at our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include operating balers efficiently and safely to package products, handling mobile equipment like loaders and forklifts, and assisting with loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.
Must perform outside duties such as sweeping and debris cleanup, and ensure quality assurance measures are followed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior mobile equipment experience preferred.
Physical requirements involve lifting, responding to sounds, working in various environments, and wearing protective gear.
Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
