Seeking a Third Shift Packaging Machine Operator (Baler Operator) at a manufacturing facility. Responsible for operating balers safely and efficiently to package products, using mobile equipment like forklifts and skid steers for loading, hauling, and unloading materials. Tasks include completing shipping paperwork, performing outside duties, and ensuring quality measures are followed.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and previous mobile equipment experience preferred. Physical requirements involve working in extreme weather, climbing stairs, and wearing protective gear.
Requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday. Must work in a smoke-free environment.
