Responsible for safely operating balers and mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts, skid steers) to package and move materials, including loading customer trailers and performing outside duties like sweeping. Ensures quality assurance standards are maintained and communicates effectively with team members.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and physical fitness to bend, squat, and work in extreme weather conditions. Prior mobile equipment experience is preferred. Must work in a smoke-free environment and wear protective gear.
