Job Summary We're hiring a Machine Operator to run our filling equipment safely and efficiently. You'll set line speed to meet efficiency standards, adjust timing for accurate product weight/volume, and help maintain quality and food safety standards on the production floor.
Responsibilities
Maintain filler speeds and adjust timing; manually weigh samples every 15 minutes (or per spec)
Uphold packaging quality standards
Report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately
Keep work area clean and organized per GMP guidelines
Follow all company safety and manufacturing policies
Report Food Safety and Quality issues promptly
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience on a production line with filler equipment is required
Able to work overtime as needed
Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, and climb through a full shift
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Good hand-eye-foot coordination
Able to read and follow instructions/safety procedures
Must pass all company testing
