The PMO I position is a non-exempt, first-shift role based in Soledad, CA, reporting to the Production Supervisor.
Under supervision, the employee operates Hayssen and Triangle packaging equipment following SOPs, performs changeovers, maintains cleanliness, and conducts quality checks.
Requires 3-5 years of packaging machinery experience, troubleshooting skills, and basic math.
The role involves working in a cold environment with possible exposure to chemicals, lifting up to 50 lbs., and physical activities like standing, bending, and reaching.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Adheres to food safety, GMPs, and safety policies.
