This non-exempt PMO I position, located in Soledad, CA, reports to the Production Supervisor and involves operating all Hayssen and Triangle packaging equipment on the 1st shift.
Responsibilities include performing equipment changeovers, operating scales, maintaining cleanliness, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting machinery, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and GMPs.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of packaging machinery experience, strong problem-solving skills, basic math, and excellent communication.
Physical requirements involve working in a cold environment, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing repetitive movements.
High school diploma or GED is required, with some travel on the 2nd shift. The role is full-time with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to policies.
