The PMO I position is a full-time, non-exempt role on 1st shift based in Soledad, CA, reporting to the Production Supervisor.
Under guidance from the supervisor and PMO lead, responsibilities include operating Hayssen and Triangle packaging equipment, performing changeovers, operating scales, maintaining cleanliness, and conducting quality checks.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of packaging machinery experience, troubleshooting skills, basic math, and strong communication abilities.
Physical requirements involve working in cold environments, lifting up to 50 lbs, and constant movement around machinery.
Compliance with food safety, GMPs, and SOPs is essential. The role may require work on 2nd shift and involves working in a safety-conscious environment with protective gear.
