This position involves standing centrally for long periods to operate and maintain machinery.
Primary duties include keeping machines running continuously, making adjustments for tube sizes, daily cleaning, troubleshooting issues, setting up and changing over filling machines, and managing materials.
Employees are expected to research and suggest product improvements and demonstrate proficiency in various tasks such as product packaging, inspection, QC, and scrap documentation.
Non-essential duties include maintaining a clean workspace and performing miscellaneous tasks as directed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with at least six months of related manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
