Candidates should have experience as a Packaging Machine Operator, possess problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a cold environment with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and is scheduled for the 2nd shift in Soledad, CA. Compliance with safety, quality policies, and standard operating procedures is essential.
