Location: Lewisville, TX | Schedule:  2nd shift, 4:30pm to 3am|Pay Rate: $20 - $22 

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the natural wellness industry to hire a Machine Operator. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing high-quality products, this is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering trusted wellness products to customers nationwide. 

What You'll Do 

As a Machine Operator, you'll set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment while ensuring products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Set up, operate, and monitor sleever, hotfill, liquid, or powder packaging line equipment. 

• Prepare machines and materials for scheduled production runs and ensure on-time start-ups. 

• Monitor production rates, machine performance, and product quality. 

• Complete product changeovers, equipment cleaning, and basic machine adjustments while partnering with maintenance on mechanical issues. 

• Perform quality inspections, verify product codes, expiration dates, seals, weights, and counts. 

• Accurately complete batch records and production documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). 

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and sanitation standards. 

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors. 

• Support team operations by assisting with breaks, changeovers, and other production needs. 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Basic math and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving equipment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience operating packaging, filling, sleever, or hotfill production equipment. 

• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and quality inspection procedures. 

• Experience in food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
