The Packaging Machine Operator role is a full-time, temp-to-hire position based in Milford, CT, paying $26.20/hour, working 2nd or 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities include operating automated packaging equipment, performing quality checks, troubleshooting minor issues, managing changeovers, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and recording production data.
Requirements include attention to detail, teamwork, safety compliance, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and following instructions. Prior experience with high-speed packaging equipment is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
