Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated Packaging Associates to join our team at a busy bakery in Oceanside, CA. This role is essential to ensuring products are properly prepared, packaged, and staged for distribution. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and performing physically active tasks throughout the entire shift.
Schedule: 7pm - 3:30am, Monday-Friday (possible Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, package, and stage finished bakery products for shipment
Assist with truck loading operations
Move dough from the conveyor belt onto racks
Transport racks to various production lines as needed
Package and bag finished products according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
Physical Requirements:
Stand, walk, and reach for 100% of the shift
Frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or food manufacturing environment is a plus
Ability to work in a team setting and follow instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability

Pay Details: $16.90 per hour
