Position Overview
We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking candidates for a Packaging / Move Prep Associate position in Oklahoma City, OK. This hands-on role supports residential and commercial moving operations by packing, wrapping, and preparing furniture, office equipment, and household items for safe transportation.

Required Experience & Skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy items consistently throughout the day Comfortable performing physical labor and repetitive movement Strong attention to detail when handling customer property and fragile items Reliable transportation to the dispatch location REQUIRED Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Must pass a drug screen (including THC) Clean background REQUIRED Strong work ethic and dependable attendance REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Pack and wrap furniture, office equipment, household goods, and moving materials for transport Load and unload boxes, furniture, and equipment safely and efficiently Protect customer belongings during packing, transportation prep, and loading activities Use dollies, straps, moving blankets, and packing materials properly Ride in company vehicles to residential and commercial job sites Follow instructions from team leads and complete assigned tasks efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Support additional moving and preparation duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous moving, packing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Experience handling fragile or high-value items Box truck driving experience is a plus Ability to qualify for company vehicle insurance if needed
Work Environment
Residential homes, office buildings, and commercial job sites Frequent lifting, bending, carrying, repetitive motion, and physical labor Travel to Tulsa and surrounding areas may be required Occasional early start times or extended shifts depending on workload
