Packaging Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Packaging Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for operating packaging equipment, preparing finished products for shipment, palletizing materials, and supporting shipping and receiving operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment
Forklift experience is a plus
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate packaging equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
Package and prepare finished products for shipment
Palletize products and stage materials for shipping and receiving
Load and unload deliveries as needed
Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
Forklift operating experience or certification
Experience with shipping, receiving, or inventory handling
Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
Ability to work safely around production equipment and warehouse machinery
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing and warehouse facility
Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and efficiency
Exposure to packaging equipment, forklifts, and material handling equipment
Required PPE must be worn in accordance with company safety policies
