Location: Rochester, PA 15074
A day in this role
You arrive to a clean, organized work area and begin with a quality check of the day’s first run. Using a tape measure and work instructions, you verify dimensions, surface condition, and labeling. You build sturdy skids, crates, and boxes tailored to each order, then pack products precisely to spec so they ship safely and look their best. Throughout the shift, you document what you’ve inspected and packed, keep tools and materials organized, and partner with teammates to hit daily output goals. When something doesn’t look right, you stop, troubleshoot, and report it. You also share tips with newer teammates and contribute ideas to make the process better tomorrow than it was today.
