Packaging Operations Utility Technician

A day in this role

From the first whistle of the line to the last box on the pallet, you’ll help keep our Frankfort Core Plant humming. You’ll fold sturdy cartons, load them with the snacks people love, and work with both manual and automated packing stations. Between runs, you’ll assist with line changeovers, verify product quality, and complete housekeeping and sanitation tasks that keep our food-safe standards high.

  • 24/7 operation: your schedule may include weekends and holidays
  • On-your-feet work for the full shift; you remain at the line until relieved for breaks
  • Hands-on, physical environment that rewards focus, commitment, and safety-first decisions

What you’ll bring

  • Age 18+ with the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
  • Comfort working on your feet and performing frequent bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and stretching
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle product throughout the shift
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset
