Operator 1, Packaging Operations Compensation: pay $19.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Operator 1, Packaging Operations Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Operator 1, Packaging Operations Responsibilities

• Perform routine packaging tasks by following SOPs, work instructions, and quality/safety guidelines
• Prepare, stage, and replenish packaging materials for production
• Maintain cleanliness of packaging work areas/equipment per GMP standards; perform routine cleaning
• Conduct visual inspections of packaged products; identify and escalate quality issues
• Collect samples for quality verification per documented procedures
• Accurately complete packaging documentation and logs
• Palletize packaged materials according to standards and safety guidelines
• Follow all safety and housekeeping policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Operator 1, Packaging Operations Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• 1 year of manufacturing/production experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motion, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work overtime as needed; regular, punctual attendance required
• Proficient in English (read/write, follow simple diagrams, basic arithmetic)
• Basic computer skills (PC / Windows environment)

Operator 1, Packaging Operations Preferred Qualifications

• Previous packaging experience in a manufacturing environment
• GMP familiarity and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
