Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Operator to support the packaging of plant-based hemostatic powder medical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for inspecting, labeling, packaging, and documenting finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial medical products.
Package finished products according to established procedures and quality specifications.
Inspect packaging materials and in-process products to identify and remove defective items.
Complete manufacturing documentation accurately, including device history records, inventory counts, and batch records.
Perform basic mathematical calculations required for production documentation.
Assist with inventory counting and material reconciliation.
Maintain a clean and organized packaging work area and processing equipment.
Participate in daily safety meetings, observations, and safety audits.
Follow all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and contamination control (gowning) requirements.
Handle hazardous waste in accordance with company procedures.
Operate in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment packaging plant-based hemostatic powder medical products.
Uses a 70/30 alcohol cleaning solution; appropriate PPE and safety procedures are required due to flammability.
Routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment is required.
