This role involves operating and changing limited packaging equipment, inspecting finished goods for defects, and performing basic maintenance tasks. The position serves as a backup for line operators and reports to the Lead Operator and Packaging Manager.
Starting at $29.00/hour plus $1.30 shift differential, work hours are Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Responsibilities include machine operation, changeovers, quality checks, material handling, and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years production experience, forklift skills, strong communication, organizational abilities, and safety training.
