Job Summary Operate, set up, and maintain automated packaging equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine operation, changeovers, troubleshooting, quality checks, production documentation (SAP/MES), material handling, and maintaining safety, quality, and 5S standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet production targets. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience in a GMP/SOP environment Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment Basic computer, math, and English communication skills Team-oriented with ability to work independently Willingness to work overtime Preferred: * Experience with SAP, MES, inventory systems, or material-handling equipment.
