We are seeking a Packaging Operator for the graveyard shift, working Sunday to Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with Thursday overtime when needed, plus a 10% shift differential.
Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and cleaning packaging equipment such as fillers, cappers, sealers, labelers, and conveyors, as well as palletizing and hand packaging products. The role involves maintaining accurate records, sanitizing equipment, working in production areas, and focusing on continuous improvement.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, knowledge of packaging processes, GMPs and SOPs, manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, good communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must work well in a team, problem-solve, and work in dusty environments.
