Packaging Operator Compensation

• Pay rate: $16.50 per hour

Packaging Operator Responsiblities:

• Responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging final container products using manual and automated systems.
• Operate equipment that packages materials or products by filling or inserting into containers, ensuring adherence to SMP and SOP standards.
• Perform tasks such as applying labels, operating small production equipment, counting, sorting, and preparing boxes for final products.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report issues related to packaging operations.
• Set up, operate, and clean production equipment including scales, fill lines, and shrink-wrap systems.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Packaging OperatorQUALIFICATIONS:

***Critical Information***

• Shift: 1st shift – 0600 AM to 1430 PM
• Work environment: On-site in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Work schedule: Onboarding first week 0800 AM to 1630 PM, Monday through Friday
• Includes mandatory safety shoes and potential overtime to meet business requirements

***Education/Licenses Needed***

• High School diploma or relevant experience preferred
• Experience in regulated environments is advantageous
