Seeking a Packaging Operator to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Operate and monitor equipment, lead line activities, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Conduct basic maintenance, ensure quality and safety compliance, and complete accurate records.
- Enter data into digital systems, report non-conformances, and maintain documentation standards.
- Work in environments with extreme temperatures, noise, and food allergens, requiring physical activity like lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must have 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow SOPs.
