Position: Packaging Operator I
Location: 4910 Savarese Circle Tampa FL USA 33634
Duration: 10-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to a full-time role)
Pay Rate: $20/hour (W2)

Summary
Responsible for executing packaging and labeling operations in accordance with Batch Record instructions while ensuring full compliance with cGMP standards. Maintains accurate and timely documentation to support regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.
Provides cross-functional support to Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse, and Facilities by adhering to company policies and FDA guidelines. Performs routine cleaning and sanitization of primary and secondary packaging areas and equipment, ensuring a safe, compliant, and inspection-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow batch record instructions while executing manual processes for primary and secondary packaging operations.
  • Assist in the setup and operation of automated equipment used in packaging processes.
  • Support material reconciliation and maintain proper chain of custody during movement between packaging areas and warehouse.
  • Report observations or potential issues to QA, Team Lead, Equipment Specialist, CPS Project Coordinator, or Manager to prevent deviations or investigations.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of primary and secondary packaging areas in compliance with GMP standards.
  • Assist Equipment Specialists with qualification protocols for new equipment as assigned.
  • Complete required training on SOPs, maintain accurate logbook entries, and ensure proper GMP documentation.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to support production schedules and project timelines.
  • Engage in safety processes and adhere to all safety and sustainability requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working with sponsors and comply with all regulatory guidelines.
  • Promptly report safety or sustainability concerns and take corrective actions when possible.
  • Stop work when necessary to ensure safety compliance.
