Packaging Operator
Pay Rate: $19 - $19.50/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Location: Mentor, OH 44060
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Summary
Support production and recycling operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting with recycling activities, caulk removal, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recycling activities throughout the facility.
- Perform caulk removal ("caulk out") activities as assigned.
- Collect, sort, and recycle paper, cardboard, bags, and other recyclable materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
- Support other packaging and production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop floor environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety.
