What You’ll Do as a Packaging Operator:- Properly handle packages, rework, WIP, and frozen
- Pack pops with speed and accuracy
- Communicate effectively and ask questions when needed
- Report any mistakes found, regardless of who made them
- Verify correct packing materials throughout the shift
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with the production team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
What You Need to Bring to the Packaging Operator Role:- Strong understanding of food safety, sources of potential harm, and proper PPE use
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail, problem?solving skills, and good communication
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast?paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations
