Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality production, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient and safe packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Seabrook, NH

Pay: $22/ hr

Shift: 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

  • Ensure compliance with all facility SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) policies and procedures.
  • Enter test results and material confirmations in SAP accurately.
  • Operate high lift trucks and hoists to transport materials safely.
  • Fill containers with completed mixes, palletize, and transport to the staging area.
  • Extract samples for in-process and final quality testing as needed.

  • Ability to follow safety and quality procedures diligently.
  • Willingness to operate equipment such as high lift trucks and hoists.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform basic documentation and inventory management tasks.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or adjust work hours based on business needs.
