Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from machine operators and supervisors.
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to support production needs.

Job Duties

• Assist machine operators by following instructions and supporting production needs.
• Perform line assembly operations as part of the manufacturing process.
• Place bottles and caps on products during packaging operations.
• Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify SKU numbers and ensure product accuracy.
• Safely pack finished products according to quality standards.
• Maintain organized and accessible materials in the work area.
• Rotate between workstations as production demands change.
• Clean and maintain production equipment to support efficient operations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems immediately.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Packaging Operator you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
