SummaryOperates and supports packaging equipment for filling, labeling, packing, and wrapping products. Follows Batch Records and cGMP guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation, clean rooms, and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and assist with setup of manual and automated packaging equipment.
- Follow Batch Record instructions for primary and secondary packaging.
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of packaging rooms and equipment.
- Support material movement and reconciliation (chain of custody).
- Report deviations or issues to QA/Team Lead/Manager.
- Maintain GMP documentation and complete required SOP training.
- Participate in safety processes and follow all safety guidelines.
Requirements- Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of cGMP/SOPs (preferred).
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.
Education- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience- 1–3 years in packaging, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.
