Job Description:

Responsible for packing stick electrodes into various package sizes per customer request. 

  • Willingness to cross-train. 

  • Able to do physical labor. 

  • Able to work overtime as . 

  • Is a team player. 

  • Can do simple math. 

  • Good attitude. 

  • Scan loads into GAP properly. 

  • Perform stretch wrap duties. 

  • Be safety conscious and have a “safety first” attitude. 

  • Obtain a forklift license and be physically capable of driving one. 

  • Must be able to keep the packaging area clean, neat, orderly, and safe at all times. 

  • Must be flexible to perform any other duties as required by supervisor.      

 

Qualifications 

  • High School diploma or GED strongly preferred and be at least 18 years of age. 

  • Able to pass reading and math assessments. 

  • Able to lift approx. 50 pounds on a continual basis. 

  • Possess basic computer skills. 

  • Possess an excellent quality record. 

  • Possess an excellent attitude and communication skills.
