- 2nd shift: 4:00 PM–2:00 AM Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Friday
What You Will Do- Operate and monitor automated and manual bagging equipment
- Package finished products according to quality and safety standards
- Inspect bags for correct weight, seals, and labeling
- Load bags, liners, and labels into equipment
- Operate a forklift to move materials as needed
- Identify and report equipment or quality issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
What You Will Need- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sit-down forklift experience and be able to perform packaging duties as assigned. A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check are required. EOEG
