Position: Packaging Operator

Summary: The Packaging Operator performs manufacturing duties in clean room and finished goods production, handling device assembly, inspection, packaging, and equipment operation.
Essential functions include operating sealing, drying, and testing equipment; managing labelers and sterilizers; following GMP and regulatory procedures; completing device records; cleaning and sanitizing rooms and equipment; training others; working in controlled environments; maintaining attendance; and working overtime as needed.
Additional tasks involve operating specific machinery, supporting lean initiatives, and assisting with various manufacturing operations.
Qualifications include the ability to understand instructions in English, prior manufacturing experience, computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Physical demands include lifting up to 30 lbs and mobility for equipment and room cleaning. The work environment is a clean room or manufacturing floor.
